MM Hardwood Finish (DIY, post-strip/sand)

Once the floor is sanded down to bare wood (see MM Hardwood Floor Refinish), this is the MM alternative to store-bought polyurethane — a traditional oil-and-wax penetrating finish instead of a plastic surface film. Different philosophy: poly sits on top and seals; this soaks in and conditions, and gets renewed over time instead of replaced.
