MM Treated Lumber (Sealant Layer)

The finishing step in the MM wood-preservation system: after the MM Borax Wood Treatment penetrates and dries, this sealant locks it in and adds the water-resistance borax doesn't have on its own — together they approximate what commercial pressure-treated lumber does with copper-based chemicals, using a two-step home process instead.
