Oatstraw — Traditional Use
A gentle, caffeine-free calming tea with correct simmer instructions — missing only the one caution that matters if you're celiac.
Cautions to Know
- Celiac disease and gluten sensitivity: Oats are gluten-free botanically, but roughly 80% of commercially available oats carry measurable gluten from cross-contact with wheat, barley, or rye during farming, transport, or milling. Anyone with celiac disease should use only oatstraw or oat products labeled "certified gluten-free," not assume safety from the plant itself. Not mentioned in the source pin.
