Cautions to Know

Scrophulariaceae family allergy; seed toxicity doesn't apply to these preps: Same family-allergy consideration already documented on the Mullein plant-ID card. Mullein seeds also contain rotenone (historically used as a fish poison) — not relevant to the leaf/flower preparations on this card, but worth knowing if you're harvesting your own plant material and could misidentify which part you're using.
